We would like to invite pupils, parents, family and friends to our 2013 Badagry fundraising ceilidh.
The Badagry project was initially a project run within the school to raise funds to build an Aids clinic in the town of Badagry in Nigeria. Since 2006, when the project first began, this goal has been achieved and the clinic has now been completed, however, the costs involved in providing equipment and keeping the clinic running still need to be covered. Badagry has now become an on-going initiative which the school will continue support.
With the main theme of fundraising through lent being for Badagry, we hope to conclude this fundraising with a fun filled night for everyone to get involved. There will be alcoholic and soft drinks available (for a small donation.) Food can be bought at the interval, along with the chance for everyone to try their luck at a raffle with some great prizes.
The ceilidh will take place on the 22nd of March from 7:30pm till 12pm in the school and we hope that the night will be a great success.
Tickets are priced £6 for adults £4 for children. Tickets can be purchased from the school office
