Contact the school for advice. If you are eligible for an appeal the school will automatically submit this.
If you require an URGENT Appeal as part of a Conditional offer you must contact the school with

Skills Development Scotland’s (SDS) Exams Results Helpline number is 0808 100 8000 and it goes live tomorrow until Wednesday, August 14.
It will be open tomorrow and the next day from 8am to 8pm.
The opening hours on the remaining weekdays will be 9am to 5pm and 10am to 6pm at weekends.
At SDS, the first piece of advice is always not to panic – making the call to the helpline is the vital first move in finding out the available options.
Last year, SDS received more than 2,100 calls from students and their parents looking for additional support after receiving exam results.
From August 7-10 , the SQA will also operate a helpline for candidates who have questions or queries about their results or certificates. candidates should call 08452791000 pr visit www.sqa.org.uk/results.
