CHRISTMAS FOOD PARCELS – FISHERMEN’S MISSION
Over the last few years we have supported the Fisherman’s Mission in Troon, in a variety of ways, but especially through pupils and staff donating ‘tinned’ goods. On the last day of term before the Christmas holidays we had a non-uniform day and pupils brought in ‘tinned’ goods instead of the usual £1. These were boxed and handed over to Karen Burston, a representative of the Fishermen’s Mission, at the end of the day. We also handed over a number of towels and items of bedding left over from the Young American visit.
